Photographing families is my passion…my *heart* work. Sometimes I see a family strolling down the sidewalk and I want to stop them for a photo session. You know, the family that is just casually about…perfectly mismatched. They are laughing together, enjoying the scenery and maybe having a bit of ice cream. The little girl is wearing stripes and polka dots with shiny red shoes. Big brother is sporting the skateboard shorts and a grungy t-shirt with windswept hair. They go about their day as if they were on vacation…just being together and present in the moment. The kids go off on their own for a while, discovering the world around them, before they are naturally drawn back to the family. These moments make me MELT. I strive to have those moments with my own family, always. When I am able to capture *that* for my clients…it nearly (and sometimes quite literally) brings me to tears.

For a moment, we will set aside modern day stress, become lost in time and celebrate your beautiful family in this amazing world. I will photograph your family and children in a way that you have never experienced. Just as you are.
